Privacy Policy

The tools process your text, images and PDF files directly in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers.

Exceptions: the IP lookup tool sends the IP address you look up to ip-api.com, the currency converter fetches exchange rates from exchangerate.host, and the background remover downloads its AI model from the img.ly CDN (your image stays on your device).

We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It only records aggregated statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type).

When you rate a tool, leave a comment or suggest a tool, your message (and your email address if you choose to give it) is stored with our database provider Convex. We only use it to improve PikTools and, if you asked for it, to let you know when a suggested tool is available.

Your favorites, recently used tools and preferences are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device, and you can delete them by clearing your browser data.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which processes technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs for security and delivery purposes.

The site does not show ads at the moment. If ads are enabled later, a consent banner will let you accept or refuse advertising cookies before any are set.

Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. Write to piktools.collection@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
